Please kindly note that your order may be shipped in multiple shipments. You will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking numbers for each shipment.
We aim to deliver all orders in line with the estimated delivery times above. Estimated delivery times are also dependent on the acceptance of your order. For any additional information on the status of your order please contact us.
We currently ship to the below international destinations, all delivery costs are calculated and included in your final checkout payment. Taxes and duties will also be included where possible.

Can I change my address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the address of an order already placed. However, if your order has been placed within 24 hours it may be possible to cancel and replace it using another address. Please contact us for assistance. You can check the status of your order online at any time at My Account.
Do I need to pay any taxes or duties?
We deliver to a number of our international destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all import duties, customs taxes and local sales taxes are calculated and included in your final checkout payment. Where possible, applicable duty will be displayed once all the shipping information has been entered. Please note if this information is not displayed at checkout you are liable to pay these fees when your order arrives.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre you will be sent a confirmation email with your courier tracking number and link to the couriers' web site. You can check the progress of your delivery at any time through My Account. Sign in to your account and click the order tab. Your order will be updated with the courier tracking link which, once clicked, will show you the status of your delivery.
When will I receive my pre-order?
Any items placed on pre-order will be clearly marked at checkout, with an estimated dispatch date from our distribution centre. Please note, this is an estimated dispatch note and your actual delivery may be earlier or later than initially advised. If you are purchasing more than one item, your order will be dispatched only once all items are in stock.
You can cancel a pre-order up to the point at which your order is dispatched from our distribution centre by contacting our customer service team. When your pre-ordered items have been dispatched from our distribution centre we will send you a confirmation email with your courier tracking number and link to the couriers' web site. You can check the status of your order online at any time at My Account.
